ARENSBAKTM Effervescent is the vinous Non-Alcoholic choice. A fermented drink based on our carefully sourced green tea (kombucha). It has a fine structure and balanced acidity.

The effervescent has a fine structure and a balanced acidity. The herbaceous scent and aromas derives from gooseberry, peach and lemon grass. It has an invigorating juiciness, balanced with oak which provides a dry mouthfeel and long aftertaste.

Good companion for food — the wine goes well with oysters, raw fish and salads. Wine can be drunk by pregnant women. 

ARENSBAK Effervescent is served chilled in a wine glass at 8-10 degrees.
